Lower Cost of Ownership
Acuity’s licensing structure is based on the one measurement directly associated with your renewables’ operating budget: its export capacity.

For renewables with export capacities of 5MW and below, monitoring and control license fees are $750 / yr annually, and only $1,500 / yr when PPC or EMS functionality is required.
In addition to simplified budgeting and reasonable costs, annual license fees ensure your installations of Acuity stay secure, up to date, and supported.
From minor improvements to overall performance, security patched code repositories, and user experience improvements; Acuity receives regular automatic updates including major feature enhancements as well.

A Software Solution for Any Size Project
Acuity supports deployment in a variety of retrofit and turnkey configurations to provide options that match functionality with budget- even at C&I scale below 500kW.
Additionally, Acuity supports operating in parallel to existing monitoring-only systems; providing certainty of a seamless transition from any legacy system.
Alternatively, Acuity supports a variety of built-in integrations that allow for Acuity’s high-fidelity data to be shared with existing asset management platforms to support continuity of Operations and reporting functions during the migration process and into the future.

During the Warranty Term, all warrantable requests are processed under the warranty terms, including replacement parts, troubleshooting, and remote re-commissioning to help get your project up and running as quickly as possible.
For support requests outside of the warranty term, Aderis follows the same support process, however there may be charges for replacement parts of support in a similar manner to non-warrantable requests during the warranty term.
