FOCUS 2.0 Launches - Explore the New Features
The FOCUS 2.0 release is the culmination of 14 incremental releases over the previous 12 months that have included the introduction of new features, improvements, and hot fixes to increase FOCUS’ unique value proposition; increase our customers’ security, quality of use, and fluid user experience.
The following notable features are now available to all licensed Acuity organizations and users:
FOCUS is free for everyone!
• Now, anyone with a company email account can establish (or join) their Organization in FOCUS to access public features.
• Registered users can invite unlimited associates to their own Organization.
• Registered users may also invite colleagues from other Organizations to FOCUS, to securely share information between Organizations.
• FOCUS’s public features include:
• Facility sharing between organizations
• Facility, equipment, warranty, documents, and site-control tools for O&M and Asset Managers
• Acuity monitoring and control single-sign-on (SSO) sharing between organizations
• Customizable security roles for complete organization-specific access requirements
Organization Level Tools
• Administrator approval workflows for new users and Facility sharing
• Customizable security roles for users and Facility level permission assignments
Track your portfolio of renewable assets using FOCUS as your secure, sharable, online database
• Supported renewable Facility types now include: Solar, Storage, Wind, Hydro, Generators, and EV Chargers
• Organizations now support branded logos, primary domains, and domain aliases for automatic user associations
• Portfolio-wide Equipment and warranty term tracking by Mfg., Make, and Model with shared documents and images
