Electrical Designer

Aderis Energy, LLC – Cornelius, NC 

Overview - We're looking for a CAD designer to support our product and product technical documentation needs - Large Scale Solar PV, Battery Storage, and advanced plant control.

Salary Range - $55,000 - $70,000

Position Overview – In concert with our solutions fulfillment team, this position is responsible for documenting new products and project specific technical details in CAD to support mechanical, electrical, and communications diagrams.

Job Responsibilities – Include, but are not limited to:

 ·      Participate in weekly production planning meetings to align scheduling priorities.

·      Prepare CAD documentation to support industrial control panel mechanical and electrical drawings.

·      Develop CAD packages that utilize dynamic blocks for easy configuration and reuse of standard products.

·      Compile drawing packages that contain multiple products for complex project deliveries.

Minimum Qualifications

·      Required - Proficient communicator via phone, TXT, and email

·      Required - Creating technical documents using MS Office (or equivalent) software products.

·      Required – AutoCAD dynamic blocks, sheet sets, and general drafting experience 

Requirements

·      Possess a valid NC Driver’s License

·      Pass Background, Drug Test and have a clean Driving History (MVR)

·      Able to travel 5-10% of each quarter when customer support is required

·      Must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly unassisted
